Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Resin Pro Technical Services L.L.C (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Resin Pro offers professional surfacing and landscaping services, including but not limited to:

  • Resin-bound driveways and surfaces

  • Tarmac, block paving, and imprinted concrete

  • Pool surrounds and patios

  • Artificial and natural grass installation

  • Driveway cleaning and repairs

  • Commercial and residential surface solutions

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on on-site conditions or additional client requests.

  • A detailed written estimate will be provided prior to any work commencing.

  • Pricing excludes unforeseen complications not visible at the time of the initial site survey (e.g., hidden drainage issues, sub-base failure, etc.).

Bookings and Deposits

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure any booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed acceptance of the quotation.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee to cover any preparatory work or materials ordered.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule works due to adverse weather, supply delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Workmanship Guarantee

  • We guarantee the workmanship on all resin-bound installations for up to 5 years from the date of completion.

  • This guarantee covers installation defects but excludes damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or improper maintenance.

  • Other services may carry varying guarantees which will be outlined individually.

Materials

  • Resin Pro uses only high-quality materials, including Vuba resin products and UAE-compliant aggregates.

  • While we strive for consistency, natural variations in stone colour or texture may occur and are considered acceptable.

  • Any changes to agreed materials must be confirmed in writing.

Site Access and Conditions

  • The client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the worksite.

  • The site must be free of obstacles, vehicles, or hazards on the scheduled work date.

  • Any delays or additional labour caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for acquiring any necessary permissions or permits (e.g., community, municipal).

  • Any information about underground utilities (cables, pipes, etc.) must be disclosed in advance.

  • Maintenance guidance will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow it to maintain product longevity.

Limitation of Liability

  • Resin Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the contract or service provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage to underground infrastructure not disclosed before works begin.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
